Arizona is now attracting residents and investors from across the U.S. and across the border at such a pace that it is now the fastest-growing state in the country, replacing Nevada, which was the fastest growing state for 19 straight years.

 • Perhaps one of the most exciting projects scheduled for the growth of Kingman, the White Hills area, Gateway acres and Golden Valley is the long anticipated completion of the Hoover Dam Bypass  Bridge that is to be finished in early 2010. Long haul semi traffic will once more be allowed on Highway 93 between Kingman and Las Vegas and the driving time will be cut immensely between the two cities.  Below is a conceptual photo of how the final project will appear.
 



• Kingman is in an optimal location between Las Vegas and Phoenix, two the fastest growing cities in the country! Las Vegas has 4-6 years of buildable land left and Mohave county (White Hills area) will certainly benefit from the lack of land in Las Vegas.

• Approved future master planned communities by Jim Rhodes, Celebrate Homes and Leonard Mardian in White Hills, Dolan Springs, Golden Valley, and the Peacock Mountains Valley Northeast of Kingman.



• Development of the Industrial Corridor on I-40, West of Kingman including a new Wal-Mart Distribution Center, Fed-Ex, NuCor Steel, Budweiser, Praxair, Griffith Energy, Unisource Energy and Cabinetech among many others.

• The infamous Duval Mine at mineral park has re-opened after a large hiatus and will employ up to 300 employees again to mine gold, copper, Kingman turqoise and silver.  In the second quarter of 2008 they will see Mineral Park producing 56 million pounds of copper, 10 million pounds of molybdenum and 600,000 ounces of silver per year for the first 10 years of the projected 25 year mine life.

• Recently acquired land (four square miles) by Castlearch Development for a future master-planned development.

• Close proximity to Valle Vista Golf Community
